INTERVIEW : Michale Graves (Solo Artist/ Former Misfits)

Michale Graves has had a career people dream about, kicking off by joining one of the biggest and most influential punk bands on the planet in 1995, MISFITS!


Graves recorded the album ‘American Psycho’ and ‘Famous Monsters’ with the band and toured the world making his mark in music history and building a loyal fan base that continues to build globally to this day.


Michale Graves recently announced he would be returning down under with Sydney and Melbourne playing host for 2 nights of pure Horror Madness and a set list Heavy with MISFITS tunes which is bound to sell out!


Nev Pearce had the chance to chat to Michale Graves for the Everblack Podcast about the exclusive shows, his amazing career and how it kicked off after joining Misfits, the origins of songs like Dig Up Her Bones and Saturday Night and also working with the legendary filmmaker George A Romero.

MG has released a series of solo albums including ‘Vagabond’, ‘Lost Skeleton Returns’, ‘Vagabond Acoustic’, ‘Supernatural’, ‘Wanderer’, ‘Zombies Unite’, ‘Wanderer Acoustic”, ’Drifter, ‘Revenge of the Zombies’ and he has just released a new monster rock album titled ‘When Worlds Collide’. Graves has also acted in several short films produced by Hydraulic Entertainment including Zombie, Half Human, Wanderer, Zombies and Ripper as well as producing a spoken word anthology Nightmares. Always evolving as an artist, Michale has performed within several genres as fans followed his instantly recognizable voice across five continents.
