[INTERVIEW] Claudio Sanchez from Coheed & Cambria talks Good Things Festival, latest album and more

Coheed and Cambria have captured the imaginations of fans through their progressive influenced music and lyrics based on the sci-fi tales of the Amory Wars, which was dreamed up and

created by the bands mastermind and frontman Claudio Sanchez almost 20 years ago.

Through their complex yet catchy songwriting and dedication to the concepts storyline, Coheed have

built a global cult like following which has even seen some fans naming their own children after the stories, characters and band members.

The band are also no strangers to touring down under, with their long awaited return to our shores this December to take part in the massive Good Things touring festival and in support of their latest album Vaxis – Act I: The Unheavenly Creatures.

We recently sat down with Claudio Sanchez for the Faction and Everblack Podcast to talk about their return down under for the Good Things Festival, latest album Unheavenly Creatures, adapting The Amory Wars for screen, parenthood and the possibility of another Neverender!
