[INTERVIEW] Chris Kelly (Dark Vader) from Galactic Empire

This week Galactic Empire will be bringing their Star Wars Metal extravaganza to Australia for both Supanova events in Adelaide and Brisbane and to rock venues in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Gold Coast.

From a foreboding rendition of ‘The Imperial March’ to the sweeping guitars of ‘Duel of the Fates’ or soaring melody of ‘Rey’s Theme’, the band’s faithful translations of John Williams’ classic scores has created a new "force" where fandom and music overlap.

We spoke to the dark lord of shred himself Chris (Dark Vader) Kelly for the Everblack Podcast about bringing Galactic Empire down under for the first time, the task of translating John Williams scores to guitar, opening for Babymetal in Japan, his killer tech death project Alustrium and more!
